Solutions for Banks & Credit Unions
Branch Rollout Management for Banks and Credit Unions
The same institution can be opening branches in new markets while it converts teller lines to advisor pods at home and folds overlapping locations together after a merger. RolloutIQ™ puts all of that work on a schedule the whole team works from.

The Challenge
Where branch rollouts get complicated
Specialty Vendors for Vaults and ATMs
A branch carries scope most retail fitouts never see: a vault or safe, drive-up lanes, ATMs or interactive teller machines, alarm and camera systems. Each one comes from a specialty vendor on its own lead time, and the branch opens only after every one is installed and tested.
The 90-Day Closure Notice
Section 42 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requires an insured bank to notify its federal regulator and its customers at least 90 days before a branch closes, then post a notice in the branch for the last 30, so a consolidation schedule gets built backward from those dates.
Merger Conversions on One Weekend
Acquired branches usually switch signage and systems over a single conversion weekend. With 40 locations reopening under the new name on the same Monday, one late sign permit leaves a branch facing customers without its new sign.
Remodeling Branches That Stay Open
Teller-line conversions happen in branches that keep serving customers through the work. Each one needs its own phasing plan and after-hours crew, and some need a temporary teller setup while the line is down.
Platform Features
Built for how branch networks change
RolloutIQ™ keeps each branch project and the approvals behind it in one place, from site selection through opening day or closure.
Your Whole Branch Portfolio
New branches, refreshes, relocations, conversions, and closures each sit as a project on the branch record, including branches that have not opened yet. Filter by brand or region to see one acquired network on its own.
Schedule Templates for Each Program
Keep one schedule template for a new branch and another for a refresh or a closure. Apply one to a project and its deliverables arrive with dependencies and owners, dated forward from the start you choose.
Approvals by Dollar Tier
Approval matrices cover budgets, change orders, and sourcing awards, set by amount and by brand or region where you need that. When a record is sent, RolloutIQ™ checks each signer's approval access again and skips anyone who has lost it.
A Read-Only Audit Trail
RolloutIQ™ logs who changed a project, a file, or a role assignment and when, in entries nobody can edit or delete from inside the app.
Access for ATM and Security Vendors
Assign an ATM installer or security integrator to the branches it works on, and its whole team can open those branches and no others.
Single Sign-On
Staff sign in through Microsoft Entra, Okta, or another OpenID Connect provider, so access follows the accounts your IT team already manages.
Single Source of Truth
One source of truth for your Banks & Credit Unions portfolio
As your Banks & Credit Unions footprint grows across sites, the same store ends up spread across separate spreadsheets and point tools, and the numbers drift apart. RolloutIQ™ keeps one durable record per store from the first deal through opening day, so your Banks & Credit Unions rollout runs on one set of numbers every team can trust across the whole multi-site portfolio.

FAQ
Common questions
Many bank facilities and real estate teams still run branch programs on spreadsheets, email, and their contractors' tools. RolloutIQ™ is a store development platform that holds every branch project in one place, from new branches and refreshes to merger conversions and closures. Each project gets its own critical-path schedule and a budget that changes only through routed approvals, and credit unions use it the same way.
RolloutIQ™ tracks it as a dated milestone with a named owner on the closure project. Section 42 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requires an insured bank to notify its federal regulator and its customers at least 90 days before a branch closes, so the team can see when the notice is due and whether it went out. RolloutIQ does not file the notice with your regulator.
It does. RolloutIQ™ records who created, changed, deleted, or restored a record and when, across projects, locations, files, and role assignments. Admins and owners search that log inside the app, and nobody can edit or delete its entries from within the product. Exporting the log to CSV is not available in the current release.
Yes. Give a vendor company a role on the branches it works, and every user linked to that company inherits that access. Contractors and vendors act under their own names, so their changes appear in the audit log like anyone else's. Some internal views, such as Portfolio Explorer, stay limited to your own staff.
RolloutIQ™ supports single sign-on through OpenID Connect providers, including Microsoft Entra, Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Auth0, and Google Workspace. Each workspace decides whether staff sign in through the identity provider, with an email and password, or both.
