RolloutIQ provides a cloud-based platform for managing retail construction and rollout projects. Our services include project management, document management, compliance tracking, budget management, vendor management, and AI-powered analytics tools.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You shall not use our services to transmit harmful, threatening, or illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with other users' enjoyment of our services.

Intellectual Property

RolloutIQ and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RolloutIQ Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to our platform.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RolloutIQ Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will provide access to your data for 30 days following termination for export purposes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
